What is a reed diffuser and how does it work?
A reed diffuser uses natural rattan reeds to draw fragrance oil up from the bottle and release it gently into the air. Simply place the reeds in the bottle and flip them every week or so to refresh the scent. No heat or flame required — just continuous, effortless fragrance.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
Our reed diffusers typically last 8–12 weeks depending on the size, the number of reeds used, and the ventilation in your room. Using more reeds gives a stronger scent but will use the oil more quickly.
How do I get the best performance from my diffuser?
Place your diffuser in a spot with gentle air circulation — such as a hallway or near a doorway — to help carry the fragrance through the room. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near a radiator, as heat can cause the oil to evaporate too quickly. Flip the reeds once or twice a week for a fresh burst of scent.
Refills
Do you offer refills for your reed diffusers?
Yes! We offer fragrance refills so you can keep enjoying your favourite scent without buying a whole new diffuser. Simply top up your existing bottle and replace the reeds for the best results.
Can I use a refill with any diffuser bottle?
Our refills are designed to work with New Dawn UK diffuser bottles. We recommend replacing the reeds each time you refill, as used reeds can become clogged and less effective over time.
How do I know when to order a refill?
When you notice the scent becoming lighter or the oil level dropping to the bottom quarter of the bottle, it's a good time to order your refill. You can also sign up to our email list to receive a timely reminder.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your New Dawn UK purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
