When will my order arrive?

Shipping time is between 1-3 business days on UK orders. 7-10 business days on worldwide orders.

Can I return an item if I'm unsatisfied?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. after that, it will be dependent on whether we have shipped the product's already or not.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes all UK shipments are sent via My Hermes or Royal Mail and we will provide you with a tracking number once it has been shipped. Overseas deliveries will come with a tracking number but you will only see an update when it has been signed for.
